The Conference fee for participants includes:
· Admission to all sessions
· Conference materials (programme, list of participants, book of abstracts)
· City tour on Sunday 24 June
· Welcome reception on Monday 25 June
· Refreshments during session breaks
· Lunches each day from Monday 25 June to Thursday 28 June
· Field trip on Tuesday 26 June
· Conference dinner on Wednesday 27 June
· Administration costs

The Fee for Accompanying Persons includes:

Participants and accompanying persons can also register for a boat trip on Tuesday 26 June including dinner for €25,- per person.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to the Organizing Committee of the ENHR Conference

Refunds will be approved after the conference as follows:
- Cancellations received before 1 June, 2007: payment will be refunded less €50 administration costs.
- Cancellations received after 1 June, 2007: no refund.
