Paper presentation
Our objective is that each paper will be given half an hour for presentation
and discussion. Papers received before May 1st 2007 will be scheduled
in these terms.Papers received after this date can not be guaranteed the
same length of time for presentation and discussion. The amount of available
time must then be decided by the workshop coordinator.

Papers will be automatically placed on the conference website. If you
do not wish your paper to be made available on the conference website,
please indicate this when submitting your paper.

To ensure that all papers are presented in a similar way we kindly ask
you to follow the instructions:
- Papers should be in MS Word format (DOC)
- Papers should not exceed 8000 words
- File size should not exceed 3MB
- Lay-out (see example Word file):
--- Default font: 12 pt. Times New Roman
--- Title: 16 pt., bold
--- Header 1: 14 pt., bold
--- Header 2: bold
--- Header 3: italic
--- References: Harvard style
--- Avoid footnotes
--- Graphs/charts should be inserted as pictures to minimise file size
- Papers should start with an abstract (max 300 words) and a maximum of
10 keywords
- Papers have to be written in error free English language
- To enable easier organization of papers you are kindly asked to name
your file starting with workshop number (see below), followed by your
last name, eg. W08_Vogels.doc
